Doors open for general ticketholders at 6 p.m. Please plan to arrive with enough time to find parking.
Donations will be accepted until Friday, Jan. 31. Please drop off your items at the Chamber office during regular office hours.
Arrangements can be made to pick up items. Contact Janet Shelman, Admin. & Events Coordinator at the Chamber (jshelman@lschamber.com) to make such arrangements.
Popular items to donate include adult beverage baskets, memorable experiences like wine tastings or dinners for four, sports-related memorabilia, gift cards and themed baskets (like movie night or on the golf course).
To donate wine or spirits, please attach a business card to the bottle during drop off. Please ensure the bottle is valued at $15 or above. Spirits should be valued at $25 and above.
To donate a Live Auction item like a vacation stay, event venue rental or suite at a concert venue (as examples), please contact Special Events Director Megan Gray at mgray@lschamber.com.
Yes, we do have a space for your coats as you enter the building.
The Pavilion at John Knox Village (520 NW Murray Rd, Lee's Summit, MO 64081) has a parking lot for your use.
The Summit Derby will take place at The Pavilion at John Knox Village (520 NW Murray Rd, Lee's Summit, MO 64081) at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8.
