RECKLESS PURSUIT
What Do Dreams Know of Boundaries?
Women in Business Conference 2025
"Everyone has oceans to fly, if they have the heart to do it.
Is it reckless? Maybe.
But what do dreams know of boundaries?"
A Conference For Women, By Women
Charting Bold Courses in Business & Beyond
Why a Reckless Pursuit?
American Aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart once stated, "Please know that I am aware of the hazards. I want to do it because I want to do it."

As the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean in 1932, she knew a thing or two about taking risks.

She encouraged women to ambitiously challenge the status quo and push against the societal boundaries placed upon them.
"Women must try to do things as men have tried," she wrote in a note for her husband in 1937, ahead of her planned voyage around the world. "When they fail, their failure must be a challenge to others".

With the tools, resources, and wisdom presented at the 2025 Women in Business Conference, our hope is that you will be empowered to confidently (and some may say, recklessly) move forward in the direction of your dreams, charting bold courses in your own career and beyond.

The Secret Sauce For Leadership Communication
We know it when we see it. Compelling, engaging, inspiring communication that connects and moves us. Sadly, we recognize when it's missing, too. But what is it?
What's that secret sauce that makes some leaders more engaging, connecting and moving...regardless of seniority or position?
Based on the game-changing characteristics that make some communicators more impactful than others,
this talk focuses less on WHAT leaders say and more on WHO leaders are, HOW they show up and communicate consistently with their teams and audiences and HOW they deliver the messages that propel their teams to better results as they think and act differently.
The best news? These “ingredients” are available to every leader and can be put to immediate use to engage, connect and move any audience, on any topic and at any time. This talk focuses on elements of: authenticity, storytelling, charisma, empathy, energy and confidence.
